BSB31207 - Certificate III in Frontline Management

Introduction:

BSB31207 Certificate III in Frontline Management is designed for team leaders and people who want to get into positions of responsibility within their organisation. The program is adapted for your individual needs so that you can put what you have learned into practice straight away. Previous participants have used what they have learned in this courses to increase both the productivity and the morale of their workplaces.

Qualification & Recognition:

Upon successful completion of the program, students will be awarded the nationally recognised qualification, BSB31207 Certificate III in Frontline Management. All of our management and business courses equip the student with the relevant skill sets in these particular areas: Teamwork, Employability skills in communication, Problem Solving, Initiative and Enterprise, Planning and Organising, Self Management, Learning & Technology.

Pre-Requisite:

  • Students who have not successfully completed Year 12 with passes in both Maths and English or Certificate III or higher in Australia will be required to sit a literacy and numeracy test. This can be completed at CTA.
  • Successful applicant must provide proof of Australian citizenship, permanent residency or an appropriate visa.
  • Online students will require a computer with speakers and broadband internet.

Job Prospects: 

Graduates from the course may apply for work as a Unit Leader Leading Hand or any other Frontline Management Roles.

This course is conducted in the workplace over 12 months.
